Our Techniques

We use various approaches to get the best results for our patients.

Gonstead – A specific full-spine manual technique.

Diversified – A manual technique, Diversified uses a specific hands-on thrust. The energy that’s used for the adjustment may create a slight “popping” sound, but that’s just the moving of gas and fluids in the joint.

Thompson Drop – This technique uses a unique table that decreases the amount of energy required to adjust your spine. The method uses drop pieces that are located along the surface of the table. These pieces support each segment of your spine until the thrust is administered.

Extremities – Our chiropractors can adjust the hip, ankle, shoulder, jaw, wrist and elbow.

Activator Methods® – We understand that many people prefer a lighter adjustment versus a manual approach. With this method, a handheld spring-loaded device is used. It delivers a consistent low-force yet rapid thrust.

ArthroStim™ – Like Activator Methods, this technique uses a handheld instrument. It applies the exact amount of energy required for optimal correction. There’s no twisting, turning or cracking of joints.
